  Not at all good, we have booked the accommodation through Make My Trip, from October 18th to 20th. It was a family trip. The hotel they provide is different from what MMT has shown. We tried to reach MMT customer service but the only machine was answering and they will not bother about customers once they provide the service. They provide with Karishma Grand. It was an average hotel, the staff was not at all professional. They refused to provide an extra bed which I had booked for 4 people. Service was poor at the restaurant and they denied my entry into the restaurant by Gurudeep who was the head. I had already booked for dinner plan in advance which they were not aware of. But whatever it was they should have not stopped us. It was hurting. In the room, insects were found in the cups, the TV was not working, and due to the moisture, there were insects on the walls. Overall we had a bad experience. It is not suitable for families. If we post against about this hotel MMT will not post as it is provided by MMT. So I have chosen this platform.
