  Really pathetic experience. Please, please do not book this property.I booked this property for 2 nights 4 Feb,2023 to 6 Feb,2023 through Agoda app. On Agoda app, I was informed to pay at the property at the time of check -in. I reached there at 8 am on 4 Feb and I requested them to early check in, the attendant person there confirmed booking in my name, expressed his inability to allow early check in and allowed to put luggage there. When at 10.30 am. I visited the property, the person present there told me that they have sent an email regarding advance payment and since I had not made any advance payment they clearly refused me to check in. I informed them that I had not received any such email for advance payment neither through Agoda or by them. The person present there talked in a very irresponsive, unprofessional, rude and scolding way and provoked me to do whatever I wanted to. After a heat of arguments, he called some other group of 2-3 men and also gave me warning to call police if I wanted to and denied to allot rooms at their guesthouse. This was a really horrible experience. I was with my family. It was a embarassing incident for me in front of my family due to such crooks present in Goa.
