  For a family trip I booked three rooms through UCO Bank Staff Club, 2, India Exchange Place, Kolkata-700001. My rooms were booked from 22nd March 2022 to till 25th March 2022. Hotel location is 2 KM approx. from Darjeeling Mall situated in busy market place. My expectation was some thing special though room was booked through UCO Bank. No vehicle is available to hotel gate. Only porter available & they charged Rs.500/- or more for four luggage. Worst & dirty hotel I have ever seen. It's looks a old house than a hotel. Reception passage is narrow. staffs are not well manner. Damp and carpet room. Dirty linen, no geyser. No water in toilet. One bucket of mild hot water available per day per room. Restaurant is in basement stinking, dirty chair cover. I am really surprised how a renowned public sector bank tagged name with this type of property.
