  Dear Management, Let me start with calling your hotel as perfect spoiler for any memorable event. We have organized our family function at your hotel banquet hall on April 15th 2022 . The expectation and arrangement from this hotel was to be of certain standard which really turn out to be a like 1 star hotel quality. Let me share my experience 1) Timing for the event was to start with 7.00 p.m. Chat Counter was suppose to be start by that time on guest arrival and there should be a person from your side to oversee the arrangement. Chat person was not ready to open the counter till 8.00 and after request he served for 10-15 people and than stopped putting fresh stuff on the Tawa . He said that management have instructed to start the counter by 8.30 2) Starter were server in a plate with 2 Tiny bites of Dahi Kabab and 1 spoon of Panner Starter. Paneer starter was suppose to a solid piece of Pannner which turned like to be Panner burji and that have to eaten by a Tooth Pick . I feel your hotel people thing that we know how to make use of Tooth Pick as Chop Stick. Again on question to the person who was attending , the answer it is a direction from management 3) Welcome Drink was served in a single type of glass with only Half Glass filled and taste was of average standard 4) Main course , the Dahi Vada was so hard that we have to use Knife and Hammer to make a cut out of it to have some byte of your hotel great Cousine 5) All breads were served in single Basket , inspite of having selection of 3 Different bread ,it was hard to understand which type of bread i do have in choice to pick . If that is the way of serving thinking everything have to land on plate, bettter you should have put all curry in one Big Kadai and mixed it so that people dont have to worry about selection 6) Lastly Your hotel great desert , Brownie Size was so small that i feel 2 year kid have to take 4-5 piece to get a feeling of eating brownie . There was no Chocolate Sauce to dress it. Icr-Cream was all melted and of average taste So Let me conclude here that above reviews will be posted across the forum and also to all the major clubs of City Varanasi.
