  Ratna International Hotel is not a right place for stay & any function / party, The attitude of owner & his staff is very rough & rude & not supportive. Because We have faced the problem recently. They stopped the dinner only due to 19000/- payment. We told him to pay in the morning but they refused the request. Ultimately, we went to home in night with his 2 staff & deposit 19000'- in cash in night at 10:30 pm then they ordered to staff to start the dinner. We have already given 50000/- in advance. This was not a good attitude of the owner & his staff. Dinner was not also good & not up to mark. Room services was also not good. There was no soap, no paste. Ac were also not working well. No body was listening the request of our guests. We would not advise to all the people to stay here & for any function. We give 0 star to this hotel & his owner.
