  Poor services, employees are rude and arrogant. They don't pick up the phone, the mobile or landline number which is flashed everywhere on the internet and on asking why they don't pick up the calls, they feel it is ok not to pick up the calls and argue with customers. The reception is not marked from the parking side and I went in opposite direction. All this when I told the person on front desk, who called himself the front desk manager, he started arguing with me. I asked him to connect me to his superior, whose number also kept going unanswered. all and all, extremely poor services and employees who have no idea what is to work in hospitality business. they require serious lessons in how to handle customers. No complaint redressal system, only people who shout and argue; no customer care services; good location but very poor in providing services.
